We ask for full payment at the time of order. Payment by cheque must be in UK sterling and be payable to:

Delivery
Delivery is within 10 working days from receipt and clearance of your cheque for the full amount of the order.
Orders are subject to a delivery charge. We can also arrange overseas delivery, please ask for details.
Collections
If you wish to collect your order, please arrange for collection beforehand by contacting Edgbaston Fine Detail.
In the event that products are not collected within two months of the customer being notified that the order is ready, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment is non refundable.
Guarantee
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, just notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for it to be rectified at no additional expense to you. We will not accept responsibility if we are not notified within this time limit. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Bespoke Service
We may be able to customise products to suit your individual needs. Please call or e-mail us with your requirements to receive our creative input or advice.
Product Development
We reserve the right to make changes to our products, and will make any significant changes known to our customers. We do not accept any liability arising as a result of such changes.
Cancellations
No amendments or cancellations can be made once production has commenced. Once orders have been placed and paid for all payments are non-refundable.
